Structure and principle: This machine is composed with frame, rotate mechanism, pressure rollers, knife mechanism and so on. Through the rotate mechanism and deceleration agency, pressure rollers are in low-speed operation. Adjust the rollers in order to get adequate traction, put the tire crown into two rollers, operate the knife to cut into the layer, tire tread, sidewall surface layer and fiber layer can be separated successfully. The layers are clean, without damage to fiber layer.
